Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 - tutorial

Can any one suggest a good source for a tutorial on how to Setup MS Virtual PC with windows 2003. I need to setup a Lab for 70-290 where i want to have a Domain Controller with a Couple of Clients connecting to it for Self Practice.

Any Suggestions would be really helpful folks !
