certified what does enrolled mean on the cisco site

in CCNA & CCENT
when I look on the cisco website my personal status is showing as enrolled rather than certified, is shows on there that I have completed the intro and ICND, so what's going on?
What's another word for Thesaurus?

    You can try calling the Certification Tracking TechSupport. I called them today to get my csco ID and they were very accomodating and helpful.

    "If you require further assistance regarding Certification status or Tracking System information, contact a Customer Support Representative, Monday through Friday from 5am to 5pm PT at 1 (800) 829-6387 (US/Canada)

    or 1 (40icon_cool.gif 902–5200 (International)."

    ya but i think you have to log on to the tracking system and verify that your profile is correct before they send it out.

    You have to login to the site and verify your information before they will mail it to you. Once you do that, they will mail you your cert. I received my cert about a week later. You can log back into the site a day or so after you verify your profile and it will be updated that they have you verified and that your cert is being processed.
