Does anyone know when it would be appropriate to use the DNS Event log as opposed to the Dns debugging logs ?

Debug logging is resource intensive and provides more detailed information but is generally only enabled if there is a known issue, the event viewer is less specific but is not resource intensive. Best way to remember is that 'debug logging' is used to 'debug'
