I passed 70-294 yesterday with a score of 857/1000. Main areas of testing were GPOs, FSMO roles / planning and active directory planning / managing.

Tips to anyone taking this exam would be to study / read lots (not just the book) and chuck up a virtual lab and play about with the technologies that you are learning about.
