Hello I'm trying to figure out what the definition of these cisco terms are specificly in relation to ccna. (IN-Band Management & TEI Value).

dtlokee Member Posts: 2,378 ■■■■□□□□□□In band management means the management traffic is carried on over the same connection as user traffic, telnet and ssh are examples of in band management protocols where the management traffic is carried over the IP network. The console and aux ports are out of band.
TEI is a value used on ISDN to identify different endpoints on the ISDN shared bus. it identifies the device to the NT1 and allow the implementation of a shared bus.The only easy day was yesterday!
