This was what I found while reading some techexam notes(70-270 section). It's asking me to purchase a digital certificate. o_O

When I access this page with IE, I get a 404. Is this real?

Always a problem with linking to Microsoft.com pages, they keep changing the URLs...

Try this one instead: ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/services/whql/hcl/
