Passed with a 914 - 45 Question exam
Actually been studying this for a few years now with the original print MS Press 70-290 Training Kit
Got the R2 training kit a month back and have been focusing on revisions (based on exam objectives from Microsoft's website)
Used the O'Reiley MCSE in a Nutshell book
Measure up Exams (that came with the training kit)
Several years of work experience.
Pretty nervous on this test, mostly because I knew I wanted to use a 20% off voucher that I had (good for only pearsonvue). Thought if I were to schedule the exam with it I would be able to do it a few weeks from now....however the voucher was only good on exams taken up to August 31st...so I had to jam down to the test site to sit this exam immediately following work.
1 more down 5 to go.
Oh and it looks like I get to challenge the 70-290 class next semester Woot.

This is also the first exam that was entirely self trained. It is safe to say that it's more difficult than 70-270. They give you ample time to finish the entire exam and review, that's also with about 6 simulations.
Best of luck when you take yours!MCP/MCSA/MCSE
