Exam at the end of the month....yikes!

Hey all, I scheduled my exam for the end of this month and have been studying the Sybex book for this exam. The Sybex material is all pretty straight forward and I usually do between 80-100% on the chapter exams, however I went over to a friends to try out his Transcender exam sim and failed miserably. I ran into a bunch of questions with material that seemingly does not even appear in the Sybex text, if this is the way the exam I may be sunk. Does anyone know if the Sybex test is that far off? Also, how realistic is the transcender sim?

Sybex book and memorizing and acing the practice questions is not "ENOUGH" to pass 70-270, I would do practice on transcenders and exam cram. Also if you do a lot of labs you should be okay, since you will understand their questioning approach and know what's the tricky part.
