I have gone far with my switch

Hi everyone,
Guys i have a catalyst 2900XL and Type the following command by mistake :
erase flash

Now the IOS is gone.
How can i recover and where can i find an IOS image.

Follow the Lan Switchs link. For the Switch IOS files this works with just a guest level Cisco Login.
