CCNP certificate status queued for more than 45 days

stone123stone123 Member Posts: 8 ■□□□□□□□□□
I have completed the CCNP Certificate requirement on 23-July-2007. i have requested printed form of certificate on 26-July-2007.

The cisco certification tracking system is showing the certificate status as queued from 1-Aug-2007. It's now more than 45 days since i completed certification requirement, but still the status is same i.e. Queued.

Can anyone tell me when i will get my certificate.

    Cisco is probably the only one who can tell you that. Have you tried contacting them about the situation? That would probably be your best bet.

    They're printed in China, probably been recalled due to toxic levels of lead in the ink icon_eek.gif

    I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.

    I had the same thing happen to me. I called the Cisco Certification number today and they created a ticket to resolve it. Have you called them yet?

    Spoke with Cisco Certification Specialist this afternoon and currently they are not able to send out the certification kits. In the meantime what they are going to do is send out an email with an electronic copy of the certification kit.

    He's in India... following the "India Instructions"
    India 	000 117, then 888 861 6453

    stone123 -- You seem to caught in limbo with the "contact us" tab disabled and bad instructions.

    You might want to try something like Skype and that "US International" number that was on one of the pages.... that might work.

    You could also try posting in one of the Cisco Certification Community discussion forums to let them know the support links for India aren't working for you.

    It baffles me how someone can pass the CCNP (all 4 exams!), but can not figure out how to contact Cisco to find out about something, let alone dial a telephone number. icon_evil.gif

    That makes no sense to me. icon_confused.gif

    I don't think this is covered in the CCNP course material, but I could be wrong :D

    What, you didn't know? Cisco won't even let you touch a rotary-dial phone until you're a CCVP. icon_lol.gif
