Citrix Profiles...

Getting citrix users' profiles to transfer between servers (roam / redirect) are the bane of my current life!

I'm using Terminal Service Roaming Profiles set within policies but does anyone know a better way? I would use purely folder redirection but cannot map the NTUSER.DAT (outlook configuration) with this.

use gpo to asign profiles folder, thay way you dont have to do it everytime u create a user

What kind of problems are you having? I have a load balanced setup and only occasionally have issue with a profile.

I also have a script that runs at night using delprof to cleanup the cached profiles in the documents and settings folder on each server.

No major issue really, I'm just looking for alternatives methods and making sure that I'm using best practice.

I can't say roaming profiles are a best practice. If you have a small farm with each user only ever hitting one server at a time you'll be okay, but as soon as you start introducing silos you're going to start seeing corruption/lost updates.
