For MCSA you have to take a series of exams.
You will need to take the 70-270 or 70-620, 70-290, 70-291 and a elective, unfortunately the 622 will not count as an elective. The A+ and Net+ together can count as an elective or you can take another exam on the list provided by the link below;

Congrats on the pass. While the 70-622 doesn't count towards the MCSA (as of yet - they changed their mind about the 70-621, but the 70-621 does cover the contents of the 70-620 which the 70-622 doesn't), the 70-620 does.
