i'm looking at multiservice routers at the moment couple of questions

what IOS version does it need to have to do everything CCNP requires

and i've got a 3640 with IOS "flash:c3640-js-mz.124-12.bin" Version 12.4(12) would that copy over onto a 2651xm or 2621xm and do the job?

thanks

You can't copy them from one platform to another, the IOS name includes the platform it will work on, such as c3640 or c2600.

The IOS you have is an enterprise IOS so it will do the routing you need, but ISCW has some VPN configurations in it so you will need a crypto image (one with a 9 in the name like jk9o3s)

The crypto images are available for most router versions, even the 2500 (it only does DES denoted by the "8" in the name) You can get one for your 3640, and the 2600 XM routers.
