Hi, I am troubleshooting our 2 Filenet server which has problem on the Network Connection...Error 7001.......when we try ipconfig it says no provider, try microsoft product solutions....I already tried to stop start server services, Reinstall the NIC, Rollback the driver, change the settings in the registry through LanmanWorstation to LanmanServer as per technet...It just happen when our network goes down due to power failure....Our Server is HP DL380....Any suggestion but not reformatting since we have important application installed there?

jojopramos Member Posts: 415Thanks Royal.....I will try this since youre right that the TCP/IP button is really unavailable. we already remove all the services and the protocols and this TCP/IP has no uninstall....Another thing it has an asterisk in the non plug and play drivers in hardware/device manager. hope this solve the problem.....do you have any other idea cause data center is too far from here...so that we can try another thing if it will not work...hope it works
