Failed CCNA 801

I took my 640-801 and received an 809. Here's my breakdown:

Planning and Design: 91%
Implementation and Operation: 41%
Troubleshooting: 83%
Technology: 69%

I'm now reading the Cisco press books and the CCNA exam cram. I have a home lab and the Boson netsim. I also am using Transcender. What type of questions are covered under Implementation and Operation, and Technology?
"Check both the destination and return path when a route fails." "Switches create a network. Routers connect networks."

I think the MODERATED is under that section, if you got it on the exam, from the looks of your score for that section you didn't answer it correctly. If you had you certainly would have passed. I had the exact same exam score and and got 83% for that section while getting the MODERATED . If that's all you're missing then next time you should pass easily.

Please review the Cisco Career Certifications and Confidentiality Agreement

The main guts of the Cisco NDA is "contents of the exam are confidential."
You agree that the contents of the exam are confidential and that the disclosure of that information could compromise the integrity of the Program and of Certifications. Cisco makes exams available to you solely to test your knowledge of the exam subject matter for which you seek Certification. You are expressly prohibited from disclosing, publishing, reproducing, or transmitting any exam and any related information including, without limitation, questions, answers, worksheets, computations, drawings, diagrams, length or number of exam segments or questions, or any communication, including oral communication regarding or related to the exam (known collectively as “Proprietary Information”), in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, oral or written, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose, without the prior express written permission of Cisco.

You can also read the Cisco Candidate Conduct Policy

I haven't seen any Academy Announcements about how this is supposed to work..... but you should give Vue a call (Pearson is now the single source for Microsoft exams, and Vue is the single source for Cisco exams now).

Hopefully Vue knows.... You might have to talk to your Academy to get them to do something to verify your Academy Student status.

You can't register because the 801 test will no longer be offered. You will have to take the 802 version. You have to take it before November 6th I believe.

We're talking about Cisco Network Academy Students -- and since there are still students finishing up the "old courses" they do get extra time. CCNP Academy students who took the "old courses" still have until the end of this year to take the old CCNP exam that haven't been available to the general public since the end of 2006.
