Prometric and mcp id

I recently passed my 70-294 examination and usually by now my results would have been updated on my transcript. But it has'nt.
I usually test with Pearson Vue but up until august i registered the 70-294 exam with prometric I realized that my mcp id was not mentioned or even asked for when registering for the 70-294, although i supplied it to the testing administrator. On the prometric website i have yet to see any indication of my mcp id in correlation to my score report. On the score report usually with pearson vue the candidate id would be the mcp id but with prometric the candidate id is the prometric id.
Has anyone had this problem before? I am really confused as to whether prometric will efficiently send my results like old reliable pearson vue always does.
Man i wish the switch never happened. My first testing experience with prometric was horrible. I had to reschedule because the software was malfuncitoning that day. On the website although it was a technical difficulty they have on my account status i was a "no show". No big deal i just had to call up prometric and ask to be rescheduled and prove it was a technical issue. Which is so inconviencing. Then i take the exam finally and the crap just keeps on freezing on me.
I hope by next year Pearson Vue can administer exams again because even the testing administrators say that prometric is far less reliable and unproffesional than Pearson Vue.

preecy Member Posts: 66 ■■□□□□□□□□i had a similar problem. i originally registered and booked my first mcp exam myself, however my boss reigistered and booked my 2nd. after a couple of weeks waiting for my transcript to update i realised my boss probably didnt use my mcp id while booking the exam. i resolved this by logging into the mcp member site, found a telephone number (i beleive it's the same number to call for missing mcp exam/starter packs) and call MS. they simply asked for my original mcp id and the candidate number from my recently passed exam. a few days later they had updated my transcript to show i had passed both exams.next up SharePoint... what's that all about!
