Passed!

Well, I took the test this morning before work. I wasn't very confident, but I had reached a point in my studying where I felt I wasn't learning anything new (with respect to the requirements of the CCNA) and it was the only real opportunity I would have to test before the exam is retired. Anyway, I passed with a 961. It's a nice prelude to a weekend in which I will get married and go on honeymoon to Bali.

I am glad I had found this site around the time I started studying. It has a positive atmosphere and there are many knowledgable and helpful people here who go the extra mile to make sure you understand. Thanks everyone for giving me motivation and assistance.

    Congrats! That was risky taking it before your honeymoon. I know if I did that and I failed, it would have been stuck on my mind the entire time.

    I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.

    Thanks, everyone!

    It was a bit stressful with the wedding happening at the same time, but my wife was very understanding, so I was able to still dedicate a couple hours each night to review.

    Of course, I have taken the BSCI Self Study Guide and the BSCI Examination Guide with me to Bali. As dedicated as many of you are here, would you have done otherwise? icon_lol.gif Truly, I may not get a lot of studying done, but I'll take any opportunity I can to read a few pages.

    Congrats man.

    Im sure little NeonNoodle one day will be as Tech Smart as his daddy.

    Seriously though, the hard work has paid off. Try to kick back on your honeymoon, it doesnt last long.

    Like mattsthe2 said, drop the studies and enjoy your honeymoon - study when you get back but enjoy a well-earned break.
