outlook 2007 contacts folder

i'm trying to trasfer my address book and calender from one laptop to the other out of outlook 2007, anyone know the best way

Me personally, I would import/export via a .pst file in Outlook.
In Outlook, Go File -> Import and Export...
Then follow the wizard.

Thanks for the responce ken, I've been trying to do that for the last couple of days, i've done it that way in the past but the export options i had didn't seem to allow me.
In the end I exported as an excel file and importing them that way, don't you just love it when simple jobs turn into a hassel, cheers
