just started getting this error message on 2600 router

I did a write erase then a reload and my router has started producing this message

    try the boot system flash command. It looks as if it is trying to boot from a tftp. Also make sure your register is at 2102.
    There is no place like 127.0.0.1 BUT 209.62.5.3 is my 127.0.0.1 away from 127.0.0.1!

    Try the no service config command. It looks like your router id trying to autoload the config.

    tried the no service config (global) command, still getting the same error

    problem solved

    when i was copying the show ver I by mistake pated it back into the command line, and the problem has gone, not sure if those events are related but it's sorted it

    any ideas

    that is because you tried to start autoconfiguration after write/erase initialization

    just answer no when prompted.

    no service config - what's the command do, stop all serivces the router is trying to access?

    The service config command is used when you are auto loading the configuration from a remote server. You would also specify what the file name and location is.

    type a command sh flash, and configure boot option with a command boot system flash:<ios>
