Can't register with prometric?

So am I missing something here? I can't seem to see Cisco as an option on Prometric's site anywhere. I can log in, see my history and see I have taken them with prometric before so I know I am not crazy, but when I go to schedule a new exam cisco is not even an option now.

Did I miss something?

I have had the same experience myself. What I have noticed is that this happened when Cisco announced that they were changing the format of the CCNA. I called up a few testing centers and they were unaware of it. But I was able to book myself a ICND exam by visiting the center myself.

Vue is now the single vendor for Cisco exams (and Prometric is the single source now for Microsoft Exams).

eh, this is kind on topic... kinda off... hate to steal your thread but;

i tried to register online for the CCNA with vue, however, it would not let me. i tried to schedule the 640-801 for early december. According to cisco, since i'm in the networking academy i'll be able to take the exam up to a year after nov. 6th. any ideas on how i go about this?

I'm not sure if Cisco side of the Network Academy has gotten the word out yet, so your Academy may not have the info yet..... You'll get an extension voucher (probably from your academy) and you'll probably have to call Vue to use it and schedule the exam past the Nov 6th date.
