A customer has three win 2k clients that cannot be seen in an OU to which they have been moved into, its very very strange. Anyone experienced anything like this before.

I've done that before and realized I just need to refresh my ADUC view.

even though we are an outsourced company, we dont access their domain controllers reguarly, but id like to think their staff know their way around ADUC. Infact i know they do. I can't seem to see any reasons for this happening.

Is it possible that they accidentally moved them into the wrong OU and are not sure where they are? Have then do a search in AD to find out if they can see the computer account that way.

Maybe so, I would like to see next week what the issue is. Would love it if it is this easy, but maybe it won't be, who knows.
