Is the 640-801 that much different to the 640-802

I was going to attempt the 840-801 exam before it is retired, but feel like I may be a little behind. Is the 640-802 that much different? I would like to try early January.

Removed ISDN, IGRP and RIP v1. Added more security including routing protocol authentication, port security, SSH instead of telnet, VPN theory, etc. Added Wireless and configuring DHCP and a few other things. Increased emphsis on troubleshooting, using show commands and interpreting the output. All in all I don't think the 802 has gotten to it's full potential but there are significant changes in the new exam, you will not pass it if you have only studied for the old topics. I would say pick up a book for the SND exam (it may be overkill but it will cover the security parts)

    Thanks!
I already started to gather some 802 training materials. I have spent 400 bucks already.

I will be certified come fire on earth or snow in hell.
