Is the 802 available in a single test mode or do you have to take the 2 exams

    You can take either the 640-802 exam, or take the combination of 640-822 & 640-216 to become CCNA certified on the new topics, as per Cisco's site.

    ok know are there any books for the 802 exam from cisco press. i went to ciscopress.com and they only have for the icnd 1 and icnd 2 I didnt see any books for the 802. I know in amazon they have the sybex book for the 802 but i am interested in the cisco one if there is any.

    cisco press only publish 2 books for these 2 exams, if you are taking the composite exam, you just use the same 2 books, the exam topics will still be the same. Another highly recommended book is Sybex study guide (ed 6) is only 1 book.
    What is done is done, what yet to be done will be done. While in the process of doing, enjoy it.

    thank you. i guess i will have to buy the sybex book. I dont think ill be ready for the 801 before nov 6 so i am starting to look for the resources for the 802.
