What type of network design template are you looking for? That is kind of a broad question. Maybe if you give some specifics someone will be able to help you out.

Each and every network design is unique because not all networks are the same and not all network design goals are the same. Therefore, you can't just apply a template to a network design problem to come up with a network design solution.
