How much $ is Security+?
I think I'm ready for it...
I checked prometric.com and read that apparently it costs $207US to take, and requires a pretty hefty passing grade.
Assuming I take it at this awful price (im a poor canadian student) and subsequently flunk it, do I get an opportunity to rewrite?
At least I get to claim it on my tax return!

You can get a good discount on a voucher, and help TechExams too.
No limit to rewrite. You just have to pay another exam fee and schedule it again."It doesn't matter, it's in the past!"--Rafiki -

And on top of that, I beleive I have an existing CompTIA voucher (my school is a corporate member, I bought three vouchers with my tuition, and used two for A+)
I hope I can use it, if not, I'll just buy through them.Network Tech student, actively learning Windows 2000, Linux, Cisco, Cabling & Internet Security.
