Check out the exam objective pages for 70-648 and 70-649:

http://www.microsoft.com/learning/exams/70-648.mspx
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/exams/70-649.mspx

You will see this about half way down:
The MCTS certifications earned with Exam 70-649 are credit toward the following Professional Series certifications:

• MCITP: Network Administrator
• MCITP: Enterprise Administrator

MCITP: Server Administrator is also missing.

I got the links off of a posting in Trika's blog where she mentions that the pages were updated recently.

I guess that means they renamed server administrator to network administrator?
    IT guy since 12/00

Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
    Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...

At this point that is what i'm assuming. I didn't think SA made sense when the two core exams were NI and AD which are more network oriented, but I was waiting to see what is in the last exam.

Someone posted a question in Trika's blog about the MCITP: NA and possibility of 3 MCITP for Windows 2008. She said that they are only working on two, but did not say anything about the MCITP: NA only that there would be more information in a webcast in december.

Looks like it may have been a typo, because both pages have been changed to list SA instead of NA.
