Hi All,

Does anyone have used "Cisco IP Telephony Flash Cards and Exam Practice Pack" ?

Is this a real book / card or just an e-book or software ?

Please suggest.

Both. It comes with a book and a CD. The book is the actual flash cards on paper. Questions on one side, answers on the other. I think you can tear them out if you wanted. The book also includes the quick study notes. The CD includes 2 programs---one for the flash cards, one for practice tests. I think it also includes PDFs of the quick study notes as well.

However, by real book if you mean a study guide, then no, of course not. Why would it be?

What I mean by Real book is a physical book

I thought It was just a CD with an practice questions and an e-book..
