So far for study material I have used Todd Lammles book (have almost read it twice and have taken lots of notes), self test software (usually score 95-98% in certification mode), certsim by todd lammle (usually score between 930-960), and routersim for hands on design and troubleshooting. I also took ccna courses a couple of years back. I feel like I am ready, my test is scheduled on Nov. 3rd. Do I appear to be ready to those experienced, or is there any other materials I can try to absorb before test time? Any feedback is much appreciated!

One person might read the book once and do a few practice tests, spend some time on a simulator and pass, whereas another person could do twice the work and fail. When things start getting repetitive and you feel like you could recite and explain the whole book if someone asked you to is when you know you are ready. One thing I will add though is the Todd Lammle book is not enough. You need more detail on some subjects like frame-relay and NAT. IF I were you I would soak up the Cisco DOCS from here on out while reviewing the lammle book. You MUST get more hands on and theory on frame-relay than what Lammle offers in his book. Good luck. There is no place like 127.0.0.1 BUT 209.62.5.3 is my 127.0.0.1 away from 127.0.0.1!

Slowhand Mod Posts: 5,161 ModSounds like you're ready. Go over the end-of-chapter summaries in your books between now and then, have a relaxing evening the night before, and go knock the test out of the park. Good luck, and let us know how it went.
