HKEY_DYN_DATA KEY IN NOT OS

I noticed that the KEY, HKEY_DYN_DATA, is not in all OS like Windows XP
Can anybody told me why???
And in what OS exists and which one not.

Windows 2000. Do not worry about this registry key as you will not be tested on it.

Microsoft stopped using that key after Win '9x. If I recall correctly, it contained information about what was allocated in memory at the time.
