I would look on Salary.com or something similar to it but the numbers they show dont seem realistic so id rather get some input on some real world Techs.

With your previous experiences and knowledge what is a decent wage Sa/Hr for a 2nd Level Server Support Engineer? Answers will be greatly appreciated.

I think the salary ranges listed on PayScale.com are pretty accurate. That's one of the few sites that allows you to enter years of experience. Your question is very hard to answer though since it all depends on location, experience, etc. If I had to guess, I'd say $17-21/hr for a second level tech with a few certs.
