70-624 is not as common as the rest of Vista exams...

It seems to me that 70-624 is not as common as the rest of Vista exams (70-620, 70-621, 70-622, 70-623).
Anybody has got any idea why is this so?

the 624 is all about deployment. The rest of the exams are about Windows Vista and its editions. The 624 covers deployment of the operating system and applications such as office. It covers answer files, BDD, ImageX, WDS, etc. It's not really a Windows Vista exam. It's a deployment exam.

If I remember correctly 621/622 covered some Desktop deployment but not nearly as indepth as this. This looks like a good exam to take. I wonder why it is not really popular?

haha, cause its hard. It is different. There is not a lot of material out there for it yet. It also talks all about the Microsoft stuff. A lot of people still use and love their 3rd party tools for deployment and don't want or need to learn the Microsoft way.

Also, I think its gear toward OEM pc builders and systems integrators.
Its one of the exams that can count toward the oem competancy if you are a Microsoft partner.
