Where to start?

I am looking for advice on the study material needed to pass the NET +.
I have worked in the industry for over 20 years, working on networks, pc, etc on a daily basis.
I have cisco experience and just passed the CCNA exam on the first attempt. (with lots of studying and live lab time involved). Until that point, I had no certifications, just 20 years of experience.

So wth that said, I am looking for suggestions on books to buy, that would include sample exams etc. I want to make sure I learn everything I need to know to pass the test. I would much rather buy several sources of material that take the exam several times.

Any help would be appreciated.

Looking to get start right away.

Thanks.
I don't claim to be an expert, but I sure would like to become one someday.

    hi there,
if you passed the ccna first time n+ shouldnt be too much of a struggle for you, my suggestions are to download the objectives and the technotes from this site, if you feel you need more info the sibex book is very good.
    hope this helps

May I ask why you want to take the Net+ if you already have the CCNA?
I am just curious, because I am studying for the CCNA, and most of the ICND1 covers the Net+.... May I suggest you move on to a more professional Certification? such as the CCNP or MCSE?

The technotes from Techexams.net is a great source for review..... Since you already have the CCNA, I would use the technotes only, but if you want to spend extra cash,, then sybex and transcender would be my other choices,,,,,

In my honest opinion,,,,,I would just study from the technote only if I were you....

    Just my 2 cents....

I was just thinking the more certs the better. I noticed a lot of the jobs posted always list need to A+ or Net +. I am thinking about plowing forward with CCNP, but not sure if I should try a Microsoft Cert or continue on the Cisco track or knock out the A+ or Net +.
I am looking for guidance, perhaps the NET + is not needed if I already have the Cisco.

I did take the test Net + test exam this morning listed on this site and score a 70%. Mainly becuase of the specific windows or dos based questions, that I was not up to speed on.
