One Cisco Exam -- 642-104 Unified Communications System Engineer -- and an MCSE:Messaging will get you the Cisco Unity Support Specialist Certification.

You could find yourself on a Cisco Voice Team before you even consider going for any CCVP (or CCNP) exams.

Toss in an MS SQL Course/Exam and you could build the 4.x Cisco CallManager servers too.
