Anyone use MVPS hosts?

I updated my HOSTS file with this one and just had a question. Should I add legit sites such as google.com or techexams.net to it in order to speed up things by a second or two(heh)?
I know google will have more than one IP address available, so I wasn't sure how you would add those. I figured like this:
google.com 72.14.203.25
google.com 64.233.167.25
etc
If they ever change IP addresses, this could create a problem. So I wasn't sure if this was advisable.
