Ok so the functions of the DOD model are the same as the funtions at the related OSI model?
I mean if I memorize the OSI, and memorize how the DOD model relates I should be good to go?
Or do I need to memorize them both seperately?

I would say both and they are not that hard to memorize. Just keep working on them and they become second nature. I mean I never really think about them anymore.
