in CCNA & CCENT
Hello all!
I passed the CCNA with a score of 923 points. I owned that exam.
For those curious.. the questions I got more or less all involved subnetting.
Alot ACL questions, OSI related questions, and naturaly Cisco IOS. Almost forgot the routing protocols here. RIP, RIP2, IGRP, EIGRP and OSPF.
Overall I felt that if you know subnetting, ACL, OSI, Cisco IOS.. at a basic \ intermediate level then it's ok. You should pass.
Anyhow, I passed exactly 7 seven days ago. I went to some academy to take it, I am no student there, I studied CCNA while having full-time job.. So I passed, the test supervisor gave me the test-rapport.
and what now?
Do I get the rest sent in mail from Cisco? That bastard test-supervisor spelled my name wrong, not all wrong but alittle :P Now I worry that this guy has gotten my address wrong aswell.
I'm speculating in contacting Cisco. What support can they give on these certification matters?
Cheers

r_durant Member Posts: 486 ■■■□□□□□□□Just to add...you should be able to create the account on cisco.com and then be able to change any mistakes that were made, either to name or address...CCNA (Expired...), MCSE, CWNA, BSc Computer Science
Working on renewing CCNA! -

Congrats, you nailed it down!!!
FYI, if you have set up account with cisco.com, you should be able to login and verify your name and mailing address before Cisco sends the certificate to you. Hope that helps! The sky is the limit! -
