i just need some help getting some information about the V.35 serial cables
what dose it stand for ?
how does it works ? and what devices it needs to work on the right way ?

It's a physical connector, that's all. Typically used on CSU/DSU, MUXes and other such devices. You don't see them so much in the router world now that there are WAN interface cards with integrated CSU/DSUs.
