Please suggest a good video training CD or DVD
for 70-290(if its available separately) or for the
full MCSE course.

I'll second CBT Nuggets (the others are probably fine, but I haven't personally used them).

I've liked all the MCSE stuff I've seen as well as the Security+. I'll check out their Cisco stuff in the near future.
