A Search by Feature for SSH gives you several choices..... SSH Version 2 Client Support showed only 12.2 or higher options in the drop down when I tried to cut down the 40000+ IOS hits. SSH Version 2 Server showed the 12.1 major version as the earliest option in the drop down. SSH Version 1 Server shows up in the 12.0 versions...
The Cisco Docs makes it look like the server support was introduced in 12.0(5)S and integrated into Cisco IOS Release 12.1 T.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -
