What is dynamips?

What is exactly dynamips?
Is it like a Router Simulator? (Boson for example?)

Please share your experience and knowledge of dynamips.

So, in a conclusion, Dynamips is the VMWare of Networking.

One question, in their main page I found out about a Network diagram (lab). Can I make my own lab network diagram? like my own "ie.routing.and.switching.topology.4.00.net"? How this can be done?

Yes you can make your own net files in a text editor. It is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. You can check out the tutorial on the www.dynagen.org which explains everything very nicely.
