By the looks of the ISBN and publication date, that's the book for the old tests. Depedning on your experience level, the new exam cert guide may be a good purchase. If you don't have a lot of field experience, you may want to consider the authorized self study guide as it is much more detailed.

The 3rd edition self-study guide is still the latest version I think.
