It used to be an option -- you got to choose "paper" or "electronic" as your free copy. Plus you had the option to buy additional copies (either paper or electronic).
I'm not sure what the options are since Cisco seems to have changed their fulfillment provider.
The instructions on your score report should give you the URL to the Cisco Certification Tracking website. You also should get an eMail with the same URL and a reminder to verify your name and addresses for the default paper copy. For some odd reason that option is not there. I emailed Cisco and they stated the site is under construction for that specific option, but should eventually be there .
