My employer is willing to shell out some money for an online course, but he wants some choices. Anybody here have any experience with online courses? What vendors or websites have been good? Which did you not like?

Experience is a harsh teacher. She gives the test first, the lesson afterwards.

Well, I can't be that specific because I've never tried them myself, but maybe someone who has can shed more light...but I think that Knowledgenet and the Cisco Net Academy have online courses....CCNA (Expired...), MCSE, CWNA, BSc Computer Science
