70-290 MS Training courses.

Has anybody done the training courses for 70-290 (2273 or 2274 & 2275).
My employer is paying for me to do them but not sure which to do. I have had 2274 & 2275 suggested but the dates are no good for me. Is the 2273 combined course heavy going?

Ive done the 2274 & 2275. In my case it went for 8 full days.

I used 2273 MOC and it was 5 full days. I like the MOC's. You have Instructors to ask questions about course material or work related issues and a fully setup lab to test on.B.S.B.A. (Management Information Systems)

Would anyone have the Virtual PC base images used in the course 2273b?
I took the course last week but the labs in the book pertain to the images used in the class. If I wanted to redo the labs, I would either need the base images or re-create the lab environment from scratch.
