Dell DCSE Certification

The requirements to get certified for the Dell Desktops and Portables exams on the DCSE website state that I must take Associate level exams in each of the two categories, however, I do not see the exams as an available option when I log into DCSE. The only exams I see are as follows:
Notebook
DCSE Personal Maintenance Exam - Inspiron Certification Version 6 (Non-DSP)
DCSE Personal Maintenance Exam - Latitude Certification Version 6 (Non-DSP)
Foundation 2007 Portables
Desktop
DCSE Personal Maintenance Exam - Dimension Certification Version 6 (Non-DSP)
DCSE Personal Maintenance Exam - Optiplex Certification Version 6 (Non-DSP)
DCSE Personal Maintenance Exam - Precision Workstations Certification Version 6 (Non-DSP)
Foundation 2007 Desktops
What exams must I take in order to become DCSE certified on both Desktops and Portables? It seems as if the requirements might be a little outdated - do the Foundation exams cover the requirements, or do the individual non-DSP exams satisfy it? I do not see any Associate level exams for either.
