Good STP book?
Hi all,
I've now finished school, and I am working full time again. I have to go back and review my layer 2 fundamentals again as I haven't touched any of it in quite some time.
I would like to learn CST and RSTP in detail, the nitty gritty...I am hoping for a GOOD switching book that covers the theory in great detail. The book must be well edited and easy to comprehend. Is there any book on the market? If not it looks like I will head back to the RFC's
Oh and how is this book for a review?

You can find a picture of Radia Perlman, inventor of the spanning-tree bridging algorithm, in this thread http://www.techexams.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=23662&start=0
And no study of STP would be complete without reading this thread

There were rumors of an updated LAN Switching book.... but it may have been started by someone who mistook LAN Switching Fundamentals for the "real deal.":mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set!
