hello friends
I am preparing for 70-290 exam and as i am new to windows server 2003 to get familiar with it i hv just installed evaluate copy (server2003 enterprise edition) on my laptop
but I don’t know why I cant see ‘active directory users and computers’, 'active directory sites and services' in administrative tools
please help

It sounds like you haven't made that computer a domain controller yet. Active Directory (and it's related tools) doesn't exist until you promote your machine to a domain controller.
The easiest way to do this is to go start > run and enter "dcpromo"
You can also use the "Manage My Server" wizard and add the domain controller role.
