CCNP LAB Configurations/Examples

Anyone know which book or books out there would provide examples of different lab scenarios to practice with using a home/work lab? My built lab is pretty much useless until I can find ways to use it.

How does everyone else use their lab?

How are the lab examples layed out? step by step commands or what?

    Take the examples you find in the book and try to work them out. If your hardware isn't the same it can be a good learning tool trying to adapt the example to work on the hardware you have in your lab. After that you can begin to work with commands that you stumble upon and work them into the lab.
