SSCP Eligibility Query ?

Hi to all Security gurus !
Am working in Security Domain for past 8 months. I want to give "Associate of (ISC)² for SSCP" by next 2 months ( in Feb [10 months Exp]). Want to know am i eligible for the same or not ?.It's mentioned here that https://www.isc2.org/cgi-bin/content.cgi?category=1210 i can take the Associate exam, where i will get SSCP after i complete 1 Year Exp in the domain.
Can some one confirm am in the right direction or not
