I used the reference sheets that came with the Cisco Press CCNP Flash Cards and Practice Exams as a guide to the important stuff to learn for the various exam topics -- and they seemed to work well.

The ones they are selling individually now seem to be the updated versions -- and I think they are well worth the price.

I used the quick reference sheets for the BCMSN and am using them right now for the BSCI and I think they are a great review. I also read through them every once in a while for a quick review of topics I have already covered just to keep it fresh in my memory. I would suggest just buying all of them together to save a little money.
